What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a new platform to provide healthcare to patients. In addition to our in-office appointments with our doctors, Lee Medical provides virtual appointments via phone or video consultations for patients to receive the best standard of care even if they are not able to come into office.
What are the benefits of Telehealth?
Telehealth allows patients to overcome distance and time constraints, so that they are able to receive medical care from the convenience of their home.
How does Telehealth work?
Schedule an appointment with us by calling our office at (714) 375-1441 or through the patient portal. Once the appointment is scheduled, we will contact patients via phone or video call to discuss their concerns, health history, blood work, lab results, and treatment options.
What about privacy?
All phone or video consultations will be kept private and confidential with only the doctor being present. Patients have the option to include guest in their session. There will be no videotaping or recording of the consultation.
